4. Send one clear portrait photo and your order number through our store contact form or reply to your order confirmation email.
5. We create your personalized artwork and send a digital preview for approval. Printing begins only after you approve the preview.

PHOTO QUALITY REQUIREMENTS
Please send a clear, high-quality original photo with your full face visible. Face the camera and use bright, even lighting. Do not send blurry, pixelated, very dark or heavily filtered photos, screenshots, or photos with your face covered by sunglasses. One person per photo. Poor-quality photos limit the detail and likeness we can achieve. If your photo is not suitable, we will ask for a clearer replacement before creating your portrait. Artwork is created with AI-assisted tools and customized using your photo; this is an artistic portrait interpretation.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
• Wait at least 24 hours before the first wash.
• Turn inside out and machine wash cold on a gentle cycle.
• Use mild detergent; no bleach or fabric softener.
• Hang dry when possible or tumble dry low.
• Do not iron directly on the print or dry-clean.

Made to order in 1–3 business days. Please send a suitable photo and respond promptly to your preview. Missing photos, replacement-photo requests or delayed approval may affect the dispatch date.
